This is a first time for me at a race: an aid station with ice-cream. That aid station was on mile 12 and called "Ice Cream Stop". What's that rubber band on my wrist some might wonder. Every morning I think of an exercise challenge and put on a rubber band. During the day that rubber band reminds me of that challenge. This happens to be my "Do the Big Bear Marathon" rubber band. Once I've done the challenge I'll add it to my rubber band ball, which keeps growing bigger.
